Hello,

I have to land in Canada before end of month (before medicals expire), I applied through FSW program (not state nomination), and I the cheapest flight that I could found arrives to Quebec (Montreal).

My question is, can I land in Montreal even though I have stated that my first port of entry will be Ontario? As I have no intent to reside in Quebec, and I don't speak French anyway.

I have read mixed reviews about this issue, some said that you can land anywhere in Canada apart from Quebec, and some say that it is okay to land in Montreal as long as you tell them/show tickets that you are going to Toronto directly.

Please advise ASAP so I can book my flight accordingly.

Fine to land in Quebec provided you can show that you have an onward ticket to another province.
