Hi experts,
I am an Indian and studying business diploma in New Zealand. I came over here on June 10, 2015, for a 2-year diploma. I have completed my 1st year from a government polytechnic in July 2016 and recently changed my institution and took admission in a private institution. I am not satisfied and happy studying over here, so, I decided to pursue study in Canada as my father's real brother is a citizen over there and I can see more opportunities over there. I am planning to take a business diploma in Cennetinial college, Toronto. My IELTS got expired in August 2016 but it has been 1year and few months living and studying over here. So, Is it mandatory to write my IELTS exam again for Canadian immigration??
Are there any chances to get my visa approved?
Should I go for Jan intake as I do not want to waste my time anymore?
Any kinda help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

You will get IELTS exemption only on completion of any course in NZ. Same rule even if you are transferring within Canada.
