My spouse's student visa was rejected. When the study permit was refused he already had UCI number do I need to mention the same UCI number now
While entering details

Yes. He will always have the same UCI. Make sure you declare the rejection in statuatory questions.

Under which statutory questions do we need to mention abt refusal?

There's two that ask about visa rejections. Just copy paste the answer.

Mention the rejection and the reasons why.

Anymore suggestions guys?

Why do you need more suggestions?

Not mentioning the rejection will lead to misrepresentation for both of you and a 5 year ban.

The UCI number is a Unique Client Identifier. It's CICs code for you.

Your question has already been answered. You must declare all refusals (both Canadian refusals and refusals from other countries). Failure to declare a refusal is misrepresentation - which may lead to a refusal of your application and a 5 year ban from Canada.

You have to mention rejection. Your details are on the system and you will get caught out for misrepresentation.

Thank you so much guys

I have one more doubt.

I have shown my spouse experience as well however we are not claiming any points for spouses work excperience. Now my spouse is not able to get the reference letter for the first job because the company is closed. Also, for recent job my spouse is not able to get refference letter according to CIC requirement. What should i do guys? I don want to delete my spouse experience from work history because i am sceptic in changing any detail after ITA i don want to make changes now.

You can move it to personal history. Then explain it with LOE that you are not claiming points for it and have difficulty in getting a reference lettter

Before ita ot was in work history and now if after ita i change it to personal history then will it not create doubt in VO mind?
