Hi guys I have one question,on Monday I submitted my TRV
Application through online but today I called to cic and the
Agent told me that I have submitted my visitor forms so can you
Please share the exact link for me,I submitted IMM55708 forms for my TRV,is this
Not the correct one?
Appreciate your help

You have submitted the wrong application. As clearly stated on the form, IMM5708 is the "Application to Change Conditions or Extend Your Stay in Canada as a Visitor". It has nothing to do with a TRV.

Thanks for the response,but how do i withdraw the application?Today the agent told me that he would canceledl that application so that they could refund my fee,but i didn't receive any email from them,so should i call them again to follow up or wait for them?

Yes, that is the TRV application. You need to fill out whichever forms are required as per the guide and document checklist.

It is not necessary to include a message regarding the mistaken application.

Hi canuck_in_uk i am almost done for my TRV application,now i am about to submit my application,but i have one important question so please help me,everything i uploaded like,Employment letter,passport,medical,work permit but i didn't see the option to upload my family information form and on the top of download option i see application for visitor visa (Temporary Residents visa) made outside of Canada (IMM5257) which i filled already so can i upload this form,as i am currently in Canada.
Regarding the past 10 years employment history i filled it but that page is not enough so should i print another form and and scanned and uppload?
I am still scared because last time i submitted my wrong application and already withdrawl through web form.

If you are submitting online application, you don't have to print application forms and upload. Simply input in your information, validate if required and upload. You will sign the forms electronically

Hi guys
I applied for TRV extension and used IMM5708By mistake. I am in the same situation but They actually approved mine today although I have a valid work permit till 2024! They told me they have extended my stay (visitor record) from 09/27/2021 to 09/30/2022. Which doesn’t make sense as I am already a worker!
