Urgent Help: IMM5257 upload Error

Hi, I tried to upload the form several times and it keeps showing that :

ERROR: We couldn't upload your file.
  • Error Description: Make sure you are using the latest application form from our website. You can get it by clicking on the link below.
I was really confused, I download the form from the upload page, so it should be the latest version. And there is no link on the Error Page that I can click.

So does anyone have the same issue before?
 
Download it even to your pc/phone/tablet even though it says there is an error. Now open adobe reader. Go to file>open and chose the file. The file will open without the error

Thanks, the problem has been solved when I used my friend's computer to upload the document, I think the issue is the adobe, the version on my computer is pro, and my friend has the Adobe Reader. Thanks again for your tip.
 
Hello everyone,
I am unable to upload Imm5257 even after validating the file and saved as a pdf. Can anybody please help!!
