One of my friend received a email from British Council in india saying that he is banned for next 2 years. Here is the story
IELTS First attempt with BC paid fees through credit card and took the exam after result they said that payment gateway has failures and they did not receive money asked to pay again if satisfied with result else you can leave. My friend got 5.5 and he did not pay them neither received the initially paid fees.
IELTS Second attempt IDP paid fees everything good got result as 6 but 6 6 6 5.5 (as he will not receive any colleges in Canada he planned to write again)
IELTS Third attempt tomorrow with IDP but received email BC saying he is banned for next 2 years.
Please post your thoughts what my friend has to do
