Hello friends , I just got confused about the following - my relative is working in Kuwait and has got LMIA and all docs r ready to send , since there is no canadian visa office in Kuwait , he needs to apply from Abu Dubai where processing time is very high , he is a nepalese citizen , working in Kuwait so my question is can he apply from New Delhi India coz there is no visa office in Nepal and New Delhi VO look after nepalse application .
