[Urgent HELP!!!] CEC Application Parked due to RA review

Hi Everyone,

I am here to seek help for one note on my GCMS: it is written that "CEC PARKED CASE NOTES Case parked due to the following: RA review"

Have anyone ever encountered this problem? How should it be resolved?
