Could you please give me a link or a source that help me to know more? I am really confused. I know at least 10 people change their program from master to college without any problem.
So, if I submit my DLI change, and they refuse it, I should leave Canada?because I have still valid study permit until 2025

yes. almost 6 months. they had a big problem in changing CAQ but, changing DLI was OK. they told me if you can pass the CAQ step, other steps are easy.

Where they making a lateral move when it came to the degree they were selecting? Had they finished one degree and we’re doing another degree?

nope, they changed their program after one semester.
