Hi,

This is Abhijit Saran from New Delhi, India.

I am very much interested to move Canada, but have few queries, request to please help me out :

- I am B.Tech + MBA having 7+ years of experience in Sales / Key Account Management / CRM , I am willing to apply through FSW but cant as no NOC is there, can I apply for PR through any other source like work permit...

- My wife NOC is open - Human resources managers (0112), but she has not worked as HR Manager, rather she has worked as HR executive, almost same job duties as mentioned in NOC. Please suggest whether she can apply or not.

Please let me know how I can move to canada.

Thanks & Regards ,

Let your wife be the principal applicant. Her designation and job titles do not matter, only job responsibilities and duties are vital. If they are very close or equal to what is written in the NOC description, then go ahead and apply. Don't forget to provide relevant reference letters from her employer(s).
