Please help me with this matter.
I recieved an email today, 19th Nov. 2016, saying my job bank account will get deactivated in 5 days. When I wanted to sign in I couldn't remember my password. I wanted to retrieve my password but when I enter my name and family name and email it says it is wrong!!!! I emailed the job bank, but still nothing....
My EE profile is expiring in 2 days. If I create a new EE profile will I need a new job bank account and forget about the previous one or should I use the previous one? What can I do? Pleaseeee help me....
