Hi all,

I currently work for an organization that has offices across all provinces of Canada. If I want to be nominated for PNP they can allow me to work from another state.
Would that still count as a valid job offer though?

For eg. - I work for RBC, Toronto and I ask them to allow me to work from their offices in Nova Scotia, if they accept it can I still file for a Nova Scotia PNP counting that as a valid job holder?

Appreciate anyone's response,
Thanks.

First of all Canada has provinces not states. It only counts as a job offer if RBC is a “designated employer” through the AIPP. And RBC is not on the list and they need to apply to be on the list and show that they are unable to hire people from Nova Scotia. RBC needs to go through all the paperwork & the time waiting to be approved. The purpose of the AIPP is to fill shortages not transfer people between provinces. So no it doesn’t count as a job offer.
