Urgent!! Eligibility to apply for Express Entry (CEC) after receiving acknowledgement of receipt for alreaady submitted paper-based PR application

Hello. am I eligible to apply for express entry after one year Canadian job (noc A) when I have already submitted a paper-based PR file (after receiving pnp in Manitoba) and have got acknowledgement..

I will complete one year in April but since I got pnp back in December 2020 I did apply to paper-based pr in January 2021 and received acknowledgement.

Yes, you can submit two application at the same time. I did same last year I submitted paper application and this year I submitted express entry
