I am wondering if I claimed I have 10 years foreign work experiences through several jobs when I received ITA, but when I submitted my application online, I only provided one job with 2 years and left other in Personal History.

Would CIC reject my application straight away or they would ask me to provide more documents to proof I have 3+ foreign work experience?

If you claimed score for all of the 10 years, you must provide all documents for 10 years. If you only claimed the score for 2 years, then you can only provide the documents for 2 years and leave other in personal history.
