Urgent: ECA Enquiry for a Canadian college based in overseas

I have an enquiry about ECA. I have a 3 year diploma from a Canadian College which has a branch in Middle East country. the qualification was issued from Canada but I never studied in Canada. I wanted to should I have to submit this qualification for an ECA or not?

According to me, you dont need an ECA as it wont represent study completed in a foreign system of education.

The college name is College of the North Atlantic, It is a college from Newfoundland which has a branch in Qatar.
