Urgent attention required

Hi all

My pc got damaged last week and everything along with the saved documents got deleted

Now to travel I need to have GIC certificate but when I logged in into my scotia bank mail box it is nothing there. I think the mails automatically get deleted after 180 days or something.

Does anybody know how I can get my GIC certificate again. I already had paid the GIC 7 months ago.

Please response as soon as possible.
