HIGUYS I applied for immigration under skilled worker category and I did mistake and need your assistance in it :

I made mistake in the application regarding my jobs history and its NOC required .The sequence of the errors were as follow:-

1. My actual work experiences were divided to two sections ( first section is in the job description field with 5 years , and the other one is in the market research field with four years.

2. When I filled in the application, I ticked that i have experience more than years as I thought that they want to know that total number of years of experience .

3. In the job titles and NOC blank of application, in the same application, I forgot to mentioned the two jobs and i mentioned only the last job.

4. Besides , when i mentioned the second job which should be Market research specialist , I wrote the real job responsibilities that i as affecting at the same time , but i found that the job responsibilities i mentioned
completely differ from the formal ones that I will be allowed to get by my HR department in the company

really I need your urgent assistance as I do not know what i can do

Well Khaled, honestly I am not sure how the VO will respond to these errors. In case of the difference in the job duties between what you wrote and what is provided in the reference letter, the CIC/VO might consider this as a misrepresentation and reject your file.

What I highly urge you is:
1- try to convince your employer to give you a letter that is consistent with what you wrote initially.
2- if he refuses, then, you need to do a comparison between what he gives you and what you write, if the substance is the same and much resemblance is there, then, i assume there shouldn't be a big issue. If they are totally different, then, I'm afraid your app will be rejected.

I think this is your big concern. For the mistakes in the NOC and the jobs you mentioned, you can always write an explanation letter to explain the error and rectify it with an updated new forms.

I assume you are pre 26 June, and you are about to send your real documents to the VO. if yes, I suggest you submit updated new forms in which you correct all these errors, including the job duties issue and wait the response from the VO.

Good luck,
