Hi! My spouse and my application was returned and I am wondering if anyone knows whether or not we should include the SMS barcode again?

Not sure what the "SMS barcode" represents but treat the resubmission as if it is a brand new application. When an application is returned as "incomplete" assume that no record of it exists in IRCC.
