Urgent advice needed regarding police certificate

I have been asked to submit updated police certificates for myself and my dependents. My oldest son is 18 yrs & 5 months. He has not lived in any country for 6 months or more since he reached 18(he was in Saudi Arabia for 2 months and for last 3 months he is in India. My query is does he need a police certificate.

Presuming that you are an FSW applicant; as per Guide7000 you do not need to submit a police clearance certificate for your son, since he has not resided in any country other than Canada since reaching the age of 18.
