Upon approval of PRV...what then?

normally once you get your visa you have until your medicals expire to land. medicals are valid for 1 year from when they were done. This is why it is best to do medicals close to the date you submit you application.

ya thanks for that,but mine is that application has already being submitted i sent police certificate but i have not yet done the medical examination,so how then can i know that i'm needed for medical examination and how can i get the form,since you said medical examination is done before submitting the application form?

You have to look at the visa office specific forms and there you should find some instructions for your medicals. You have to find an approved doctor in your country and make an appointment. You can locate an approved doctor here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/dmp-md/medical.aspx
