Uploading WES report for express entry

Dears,

After completing my educational assessment by WES, they sent me a pdf report on my email and they mailed another report (hard copy) to my address. Unfortunately, I didn't receive the hard copy after months, I followed up with their customer service and they keep telling me to request a duplicate report.

I'm wondering if the pdf report they sent me is enough to upload when applying or do I need the scanned version of the hard copy which I was supposed to receive.

ibb.co is banned in my country so can't see that. But if that report looks something like this: https://i5d8m7g6.rocketcdn.me/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/sample-CE-CA-ECA.png you should be good.
