Uploading PR forms online through her account, sponsoring my wife, whos name on the document file?

I was wondering, it says to name the files "last name - first name - name of document - document number" - for my 2 sponsorship application documents and supporting proof of employment documents, should those forms have her name or my name on them?

All applications have to be uploaded with PA name nomenclature
For proof of sponsor have to be uploaded with sponsor name nomenclature (sponsor pr/citizenship, insurance, proof of employment, proof of travel are few)
