I have submitted my express entry profile on 28 of June but later on, I realised there was an error in the reference letter (the joining date was mentioned as 02 july instead of 20th july, it doesn't affect my profile because I worked with this company for almost 5yrs), so I requested my company to send me an amendment to be on the safer side, instead, they made many changes to it.
1. I worked for this company for onsite(Canada) and India, initially they gave a combined letter for both experiences but now they are giving separate letters for India and Canada (keeping same roles and responsibilities since my designation was the same throughout my engagement with the company)
2. My designation was mentioned as mechanical engineer design and they now changed it to assistant engineer design ( both are the same but different convention, also assistant design engineer is mentioned everywhere in my offer salary slip etc.).
3. They removed the NOC which was mentioned in the previous letter, but responsibilities are good enough to justify the NOC code.
now my question is, shall I send the new letters to IRCC with an explanation for these changes? Kindly share your thoughts.
