upload documents on WES website

Hello all,
I have an inquiry about how to upload documents such as certificates , mark sheet on WES website? even though it mentions that we can upload our certificates on "my account", I dont see any link to do that. Is it because , the upload links shows up only after I have made the payment ( which I havent done yet) ? Thanks

Yes but your Uni have to send the docs to WES directly,so doesn't matter as WES will only assess those.
