Is there anyone has an experience of t this error , I tried to open on a different browser but i have encountered this error.

Validation error: You have not completed the mandatory fields or you have not completed them correctly. Please make corrections where indicated.

Error Description:

Document is not a valid PDF file

Document Name - (IMM5257) (required)

Hi,

Have you tried:
1. Validating the pdf file?
2. Checking the size of the file since 4mb is the maximum.

which browsers have you tried , winows or apple op system and do you have current version adobe to create PDF plus as previous poster are you within the mandated file size.
