We completed our family upfront medical exam for my PR application, On my kid's upfront medical information sheet, the passport issuing country was mentioned as Indonesia (We are not Indonesians but eventually passport issued by our embassy in Indonesia). Medical staff stated that according to IRCC, they should state the same exact information as in passport (which is the same, citizenship DZA - issuing country: Indonesia).
Question: Shall I add an LOE to explain that By Indonesia, it's meant the DZA embassy in Indonesia? or it's quite obvious that DZA passports issued in Indonesia would naturally mean "DZA embassy in Indonesia" as Indonesia country can't issue DZA passports... Please your feedback is appreciated
