Updating Sponsor Address?

Hello! How does the sponsor update his address? My husband tried the link in the sponsorship eligibility letter, but it couldn't find him when he tried typing the info. Maybe that link does not work. I saw their was also a link to the webform, but there wasn't any option for sponsor, only representative or principal applicant, to submit information. I have no representative. Is calling IRCC the best way?

Calling IRCC or use the webform.

Who submitted the application? Is the sponsor your representative - that's usually the case with most sponsors. So, if you submitted as the PA - use PA, otherwise your partner, your representative if you signed that form, will use representative.
