I would like to update my spouse education credentials even before I get the final document from them.

Only one question when will the ECA be verified by CIC before ITA or after ITA while submitting the documents?

Okay but just to be double sure as they ask for the reference number, I was worried if at all a PRE verification is done then it might be a problem as it would take at least 10 days to reflect and by then I should be ready to upload the documents if at all I get ITA with a score of 459

I also have a WES reference number which is valid and contains all the details but still in process.

So only after uploading the documents the verification will be done right?
