Updated forms request from VO - need urgent advise

I sent an email to visa office asking for the recent status of my application, they replied asking for updated Schedule A with personal history since age of 18, Travel History and Family Info forms.

My question is if there was any sort of mistake in the old schedule A sent before, can I fix it in the new requested form ? or it would be a problem ?

I need your urgent advise please

There should be no difference in the previous records of the new form and the existing form.
This is for only for the information of the later time of the previous form.

I disagree with the above. If you made a mistake in previous forms and you know about it now, then you should correct this mistake and add an explanation for that. You should always be truthful in your answers (to the best of your knowledge at that time). Good Luck!
