Update spouse ECA later

Can I submit my express entry profile without my spouse education (if i put zero education for her I get 448 points vs 456) and update the profile later when the ECA comes through?

I want to do it just in case I get into the next draw without her ECA? Would that work (updating her ECA later and the scores changing due to that) ? Has someone done this?

If you get an ITA without her ECA, then there will be no need to update it later. But, if you want to do it, then yes you can update it after ITA.
