Hi there everyone,

So I am in the process of sending off my application tomorrow. Re-submitting as I've had a refusal previously but I have two questions please:

1.Question 6d on the IMM 5669 form asks if you have ever been refused a permanent resident visa to which I have indicated yes and attached a note along with the refusal email indicating why. Do I need to provide anything more?
I just wrote the reason...which was miscalculating of work exp from PGWP instead of convocation
2. From reading the instruction guide re: IELTS it states that you are allowed to submit a copy if you already submitted the original if sent after June 26 2010 and also if the original test results were not returned to you. Do I also have to provide a note indicating this?
you need to include a note saying you already submited the original copy once..Good Luck

I noticed another change in document checklist. Under the work experience, it says "copies of your T4 tax slips and Notice of Assessment issued by Canada Revenue Agency for the period(s) of work experience you identify in your application"

I just submitted by 2012 T4s and NOA. My work experience began in July 2012 - present.

Is there a problem that the T4 and NOA is not for 2013? (it only comes in before the tax period Jan/Feb 2014). Does CIC reach out to ask for more information / document if required or they would just reject application? -- all that if it is a problem.

You can send them once they ask for it. But since you applied now, they may not ask for it at all.
