Up-to-date letter of reference

Just a quick question. Is it ok if one of my letters of reference is dated on March 31, 2013? I'm about to send the whole package today and was wondering about that.

There are no clear guidelines around this. But the letter less than 3 months old is good enough.

To add - just make sure it covers the period of experience that you are claiming. A letter dated 31 Mar 2013 cannot cover your experience for April and May 2013.
