I and my partner are not legally married yet. I was unable to declare her as a common law partner at the time of application as our relationship was less than a year. So I applied July 28, 2018 as single. During the course of application processing our relationship was over an year. I have received my COPR and one time entry visa that expires on 5th June, 2019. My partner is now pregnant and expected delivery date on first week of March, 2018. It is extremely hard for me to land in Canada before 1st week of March.

Following are my questions. Please offer your advice on the situation

1. Should I raise a CSE (case specific enquiry) declare the new born? In which case how can I declare my partner as we are not legally married yet and I hardly have any proof for the common law relationship?

2. Since getting married now is not an issue. Should I get married, arrange legal proof, wait for child birth, then obtain passport of new born and then raise a CSE to declare my family?

3. Can I land in Canada in May after delivery of baby and then come back get married and then sponsor for my then legally wedded wife and baby?

You should've already declared common law after one year. It doesn't matter how much proof you have. You need to declare if your marital status changes.
You can either declare common law now or get married straight away and declare marriage.

I don't recommend to do item 3. Return your COPR to the visa office and add your partner to your application. You will then have the opportunity to have the baby born as Canadian citizen directly (without sponsoring it).
