Three unis are good enough. I believe Concordia is still open for admission so if you want you can apply there too.

Yes I applied for Masters in Concordia. I have BS in Electronic Engineering degree from SSUET. Not only I have applied in Concordia without IELTS but also in Regina and Memorial.

good, thanks for the knowledge, I dont want to discourage you but few days ago I got a message from someone he/she was accepted for undergraduate without IELTS, but u know what now CIC is asking him to appear in IELTS and give the results, so better to have bit knowledge of IELTS, good luckMFAhad said:

Don't worry Shajeel91 I gave IELTS in 2012 and secured 7 band. I didn't apply in these unis with my IELTS because I didn't needed to. Yes you are right IELTS is must for Visa I gave my official result with my Visa application.
One thing I forgot to mention and I believe this was very important that you should first confirm with the Uni you are applying in that if it recognizes your previous institute as an English Medium Institute. Regina does not recognizes every institute as mentioned here under the first heading:

Like I said brother e-mail the University where applying to find out. Plus i didn't mention any institution list of Pakistan they haven't given any name of any Country University on their site. Just e-mail them and ask them if your previous attended University's English Proficiency Certificate will be accepted by them.
