u may mail them to convert ur application to Meng or PEng it wuld be best i guess cuz MAsc is difficult to enter in

I called at UofR and asked the status of my case a month ago, that lady was saying that your final decision will be made in JUNE 2011. Even that time she did not say anything about the hiring of supervisor ???

One of my friend applied for MASc at concordia and got admission in MENG, he did not ask to convert or contacted any supervisor.

buddy goto their web site read it what are the requirements for MAsc u will get it ,they don't tell u thing like that cuz they have mentioned it on the page where the requirements a written,it has a possiblity that they might grant u a supervisor by them selves but chance are very few (also it depends on ur fortune too )

when I applied at UofA same thing happened to me

Step 1: Select a program of graduate study
Step 2: Contact your Department of interest
Step 3: Learn the deadlines
Step 4: Complete your application
Step 5: Receive confirmation of your application for graduate studies

and I just checked UofR's application process and did not find any requirement to contact department or hire supervisor or someting like that, that's mean supervisor problem is with UofA not with UofR

I have just got some further on my application for uncompleted documents. I send full pack on 18th May and i guess it may have took around 10 working days to get my application there by post office.

I am hopping to get some feedback by the end of this month max
