Dear All

After 26th june , applicants should submit all documents along with principal and spouse university transcripts, but im not able to get transcripts from panjab university for my Mrs.how to tackle this problem ,upon showing canadian guidelines to them they simply say "we are following university guidelines, according which they can send transcripts to CIO ,canada only" not to the ex students.
If i allow them send it to CIO then, how CIO will consider it in relation to my application as i don't have any reference number for my file either.

is it ok to put university guidelines and all notarized copies of certificates and marksheets in file, and i can explain in cover letter about it....but it all sounds silly ..as they asking for all documents at once.i can manage to submit transcripts at new delhi once i get refernce number from CIO.

Please help ..all replies ill be appreciated
thanks

Go for HEC send all the degrees and transcripts and request to put original transcripts in sealed envelope.
Use fedex service for it.

hi
as per my knowledge take copies and originals of ur marksheets to p.uni. and they will attest and put uni. stamp on photocopies.this is what they r doing now for immigration applicants

in my case, i studied in Saint Mary's University Halifax,NS, now i didnt pay my last sem fees n so univ has put a hold on issuing trancript. they won't hand over to me but they say they can directly send it to visa office. this is what they did when i applied for work permit.
on a side note, my univ is in Nova scotia, same province where CIC office ,Sydney,is located. and SMU is quite popular and highly reputed in that province.
