I am a permanent resident in canada.What type of visa i need to visit united states , do i apply at border or online? is there a fee and how long the visa will be valid?

I believe you need to apply in advance and attend an interview at the U.S. consulate responsible for the area where you live.

hi there thanks for your reply i found their website im romanian citizen therefore i need an apointment and its about $140 fee ???
