Do we count processing times from the date of the application submission or from the date after biometrics is done? If you could please clarify.

Processing time counts from date of biometrics as per CIC website. Regards

i did put up a webform request to the ircc to expedite the process. Their visas were approved! It does not mean sending any requests to ircc is concluded as Negative.
