Uni Of Regina. Help needed

I submitted my application on 4th Dec. And today they changed Application to Decision made.

Is this the rejection ?? I mean they take time.
Any help will be appreciated

How you can say accepted?
Nothing can be say at that moment. You never know what is the decision!

Dude, I am in university of Regina. Do not panic just shoot a mail asking what is your decision. They are a little weird with their notations. Students usually don't understand them.

I do not think it is a rejection but you need to be sure for acceptance too.

I think they try not reject anyone. If one does not fulfil requirment of the course he selected, they offer a course where they can.
I even got it in less than 2 weeks in UK
