I had applied for study permit and all the documents are authentic yet I was banned by IRCC. Its majorly because IRCC thinks my IELTS Scorecard has been altered which is not modified in any way.

So you would have responded to PFL right away and waited for a response. Did you get a response and still got a 5 year ban? How is application under reconsideration? When you get a PFL most get an immigration lawyer involved to help with the process. If you already received the 5 year ban then nothing you can do.
When did you get PFL? So you responded to PFL with authentic documents and have yet to receive a final answer. If so then you wait for their investigation to end and see if you get a ban or not. Even if you don’t get a ban, it doesn’t mean your study permit will be approved.

If a ban has been issued and you strongly believe it’s a mistake (i.e. your IELTS is genuine), there are only two main legal routes:
Option A: Reconsideration Request
This is what you're already doing.
You provide new evidence or clarification proving the document was authentic (like a verification letter from IELTS/IDP/British Council).
IRCC has discretion to lift the ban if convinced.
Option B: Federal Court Judicial Review
If reconsideration is denied, your next step is to go to Federal Court to challenge the ban.
You must act within 60 days of the refusal.
You’ll definitely need an immigration lawyer for this. It’s a legal appeal based on errors in IRCC's decision-making process (not a re-evaluation of your application).
