Unemployed to Employed. Should I Notify?

Hey guys,

Just a quick question. When I applied for sponsorship in 2018 I was unemployed and receiving disability assistance from the government. I got a part time job only a couple months ago. I have an interview next month. Should I notify CIC officer about employment as I'm sure it will be brought up in the interview?
