Yes - we know it. Who was not declared? What kind of immigration application was it? Economic immigration? Refugee? Family sponsorship?
For Family sponsorship, my husband cousin is alone in Canada and she wanted us to sponsor under family sponsorship
Correct me if I am wrong, Is cousin qualified to apply? under family sponsorship for this new policy?
That has nothing to do with the undeclared family member program.
Does the cousin have a spouse or dependent children anywhere in the world? Living parents/grandparents? Any Canadian citizen/PR family members anywhere in the world?
Cousin is single, yes, she has living parents and siblings, but not with her in Canada.
A cousin cannot sponsor you.
No - this does not fall under the new policy. This has nothing to do with failing to mention a dependent family member such as a spouse or dependent child.
Again, the cousin cannot sponsor your husband. She has other family members, her parents, that she can sponsor.
hi to all, i have a question about my application to sponsor my mom which is i got my ITA to sponsor her, when i apply my pr wayback 2017, i have a mistake that i did not put my aunt who is canadian citizen in my application to question 'do you have any relative living inside canada", now i applied my mom and i need to put aunt on additional family information to my moms application as my moms siblings.. is there any person here who experience this? can you answer please.. thank you
