UNABLE TO UPLOAD REQUIRED DOCUMENTS!!!!

Urgent Please!!! I have the same issue as yours. My deadline is the 31st of July and I am still not able to send the additional documents!!!!. I tried different browsers, computers, etc but nothing worked. I sent a case specific inquiry and different emails to the CIC as well. Can you please advice me??? what happens when the deadline is overdue??Did they refuse the the whole application??

Submit requested documents through case specific inquiry, they will help you attach those documents to your application.

I got an ITA and I submitted my documents. I recently got a communication (June 1, 2015) from CIC indicating that additional documents are required. Since getting the letter from CIC, I have been trying to upload these documents. I have been unsuccessful on every attempt. The error received states
"Our Online Services Are Currently Down"
System-generated error code:KI462PO9 (2015-06-02 21:37:01)"

It goes further to state:
Sorry, this online service is currently not available.
Possible reasons:
1. We are currently updating the Web site.
2. We are experiencing technical difficulties.
Please try again later.

Is anyone else having similar issues? Can anyone assist? The deadline for submitting is 08/06/2015.

Hi all,

Since all the common fixes do not seem to be helping, I would suggest you all to keep taking a lot of screenshots and save them on a word file so you can include these in CSE just in case you miss out on deadline.
