I got an ITA and I submitted my documents. I recently got a communication (June 1, 2015) from CIC indicating that additional documents are required. Since getting the letter from CIC, I have been trying to upload these documents. I have been unsuccessful on every attempt. The error received states
"Our Online Services Are Currently Down"
System-generated error code:KI462PO9 (2015-06-02 21:37:01)"


It goes further to state:
Sorry, this online service is currently not available.
Possible reasons:
1. We are currently updating the Web site.
2. We are experiencing technical difficulties.
Please try again later.


Is anyone else having similar issues? Can anyone assist? The deadline for submitting is 08/06/2015.
 
I've been uploading documents today with success. I do not believe the system is experiencing technical difficulties.

Have you tried calling CIC and providing them with the error code?

I do have similar issue.
It's just in my case, my profile disappeared.
I found this page which saying to report it to CIC
english/helpcentre/answer.asp?q=799&t=23
(got an error message to not post a link, so I deleted the first cic gc ca)
But I don't know how useful it will be

Do you have a number for them, I did call 1 613 944 4000, however, they gave me a link to log the issue.

The link took me to a webform where I logged my issue and got an automated response saying basically that the turnaround time is 10business days... :(

Try different browser, I had same issue in Firefox , Tried in explorer and works fine. or try a different PC or different IP address.

I updated my web browsers (Chrome, IE11, Firefox) and I was still unable to submit the documents. I cleared cache, used different computers without success.
 
Website is not stable today, I met the same, keep trying, I eventually got submit everything successfully after several try
 
For me this is from June 1, 2015. CIC responded as followed:

We verified the information provided. Please note that the difficulties that you are experiencing may be resolved by:
Refreshing your browser,
Using Adobe 10,
Using another computer; we suggest that you try using Internet Explorer 9.0 (or a higher version) or a different browser such as Safari 3.1. Please note that the letter will not be accessible from a smart phone or an electronic tablet.
We hope this information is helpful. If you continue to experience difficulties, please contact us via this webform and provide us with:

· a screen shot of the page in question (including the full browser window, the error message you’ve received, as well as the previous page you accessed before encountering this error), and

· a copy of the document(s) you were requested to provide.
 
I am facing the same issue. It drives me crazy, I have only 7 days to upload the document. Please somebody help me!!!!!!
 
HI EVERYONE,
delete all history from google chrome,then restart ur computer.or else use internet explorer
 
had similar problem when uploading my app.

had to get a laptop with adobe acrobat professional (not reader) 10 before it went through.

Urgent Please!!! I have the same issue as yours. My deadline is the 31st of July and I am still not able to send the additional documents!!!!. I tried different browsers, computers, etc but nothing worked. I sent a case specific inquiry and different emails to the CIC as well. Can you please advice me??? what happens when the deadline is overdue??Did they refuse the the whole application??
