UNABLE TO SUBMIT APPLICATION

I have initiated an application for the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) - A Canada ...under International Skilled Workers - Occupations In-Demand. I had registered and completed the application but have not been able to submit. Can anyone pls advise on best to go about it in submitting my application. tHANKS AND BEST REGARDS.

You didn't event tell the reason why you couldn't submit. How could anyone help you then?
