Sir/Ma'am,
due to a technical glitch, I am not able to login to my account. It says that all the security questions I entered were incorrect while all the security questions I entered were correct and hence, I am locked out of my account. I have two new messages reflecting on my account but I am unable to open them. It has been almost 10 days now. Upon calling the visa service helpline in Canada, I as informed that my application has been approved. In order to read my messages, I made another account and tried to link the previous application to it but I tried for 5 times and it failed each time.
