Hi, my boyfriend has been asked for additional documents for his ETA. When we have created the account, and linked the application, it can’t be found.
can anyone advise what to do? We have submitted help forms on the website and heard nothing.
Do we need to reapply? Do you think they will want a police certificate for the additional documents? He has a drink driving charge from 2018. UK based.
