Unable to download Citizenship application

Hi,

I am unable to download the citizenship application. Every time, I click on the link, I get some message to upgrade the Acrobat Reader. I did that but still it is not showing the file. I tried downloading but that too is the same message. By any chance, if anyone has a copy of the application, could you please ping it to me? I am not sure if the attachments can be sent though.

right click and save the page displayed to your desktop. double click on saved link and form should open as pdf. I too had similar issues, I tried this and it opens

Thanks. I tried that but the issue was not resolved. The document that was downloaded on my machine has the same error message.

Right click & open with Acrobat reader- it shall open, later u can select save as & save the form

Yes, same thing with me. I tried old computer it works, try old version PDF
