Unable to complete the personal history form / Technical issue ?

Hello,
I received an ITA two weeks ago and still can't access the documents checklist.
I filled all the forms, but the spouse history form still shows as " in progress " even if I filled it correctly and did it 3 times to be sure.
I'm loosing time and don't know what to do.
Did it happen to someone ? Is it a technical issue ?
What can I do to solve this problem ?

Hi,
I am also facing a similar issue for my spouse and child but in the Personal Details section. The moment I put Canada as country of Residence its shows as "IN PROGRESS" but if I put India then it shows as completed. Please let me know how did you solve the problem. Thanks.
