Uk Resident who is looking to immigigrate whilst in Canada...pls help??

Hi, hopefully someone will be fantastic enough to help me with my query.

Im a UK resident who got married in T.O. in sept 07, i have just moved to T.O. hoping to start my immigration process here. I have already done a medical check and police check in the UK.

Im unsure how to proceed as im unsure which forms to complete or how to proceed.
